At The Pickled Beet, we have provided personalized culinary services since 2006, and we are the most experienced and accommodating personal chef service in the South Florida area. To get started with our weekly, fully customized personal chef services, we need to know more about you and your eating preferences, dietary restrictions and more.
Our Process: as Easy as 1-2-3

STEP 1: CONSULT
Our process starts with you filling out our food questionnaire and scheduling a consultation call to discuss details.
STEP 2: PLAN
Based on your consult, we will design your personalized menu plan and present it to you for review.
STEP 3: COOK & DELIVER
Our chefs will cook for you 2-3 times per week in our kitchen and deliver fresh meals on scheduled days
You Fill Out Our Food Questionnaire (Step 1 A)
Our food questionnaire below is detailed. We promise that the time is well spent. It ensures that we really get to know you and your household’s unique preferences, likes and dislikes, food allergies, sensitivities, dietary requirements, medical diagnoses, and goals before we create your first customized menu and cook anything for you.
You Schedule a Consultation Call (Step 1 B)
After you submit your questionnaire, please schedule a consultation call. This is an important step that cannot be skipped. During your consultation call, we’ll review your questionnaire, answer any questions, provide pricing options, and get your service scheduled.
We cannot provide a detailed proposal and pricing until we have all the relevant information, including which meals you would like (breakfast? lunch? dinner? snacks?), the days of the week you require service, how many servings we’ll be preparing, etc.
We Provide Personalized Menu Planning (Step 2)
Based on your food questionnaire and consultation, we will design your personalized menu plan and present it to you for review. We’ll answer any questions, make any edits, then get final approval before ordering your fresh ingredients and preparing your customized dishes.
We Scratch-Cook Your Meals in Our Miami Kitchen and Hand-Deliver Straight to You (Step 3)
Based on your tailored plan, our chefs will cook for you 2 to 3 times per week in our off-site commercial kitchen in Miami. On your scheduled days, we’ll prepare your fresh meals and package them in our eco-friendly, oven-safe containers (labeled clearly, with easy heating instructions) and deliver them fresh to your location of choice in South Florida.
Afterward, we’ll discuss any feedback or new special requests and then create your next week’s personalized menu.
