Place Your Private In-Flight Catering Order

All of our private jet catering is customized and prepared fresh. We do not order groceries for an order until it is confirmed and paid for.

How to place an order:

Please email your detailed request to customerservice@thepickledbeet.com.

In your email, please:

Provide detailed information about meals, snacks, desserts, etc. you’d like to order
Indicate single or bulk packaging
List any food allergies or other special dietary needs
Include FBO, delivery date and time, tail number
Include a contact phone number

Advance notice is required.

48 hours – For items on our published in-flight catering menu, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ advance order confirmation and payment.
72 hours – For items not on our published private jet catering menu, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ advance order confirmation and payment.

Proposal and payment.

When your request is received, we will send you a proposal to confirm and pay for your order. Once that is complete, your order is confirmed and scheduled. Payment is due in full.

Refund policy:

Refunds are available on standard orders if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your service date.
No refunds are available on orders of custom cakes, pastries, specialty desserts, or other items not included on our published in-flight catering menu

All of our in-flight orders are 100% customized and made fresh. In fact, we don’t purchase groceries for your order until it’s confirmed.

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for any in-flight catering orders placed using our published menu; 72 hours’ notice for other items.
